Welcome to Grab Ergun Pets! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of puppies and related support. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To purchase from us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete contact and payment information

  • Comply with local pet ownership regulations

2. Puppy Purchase Terms

a. Health & Quality

Each puppy is:

  • Bred from healthy parents with good temperament

  • Health-checked and vaccinated prior to delivery

  • Eligible for AKC or other appropriate registration (as advertised)

We aim for the highest standards, but no breeder can guarantee lifetime health. However, our Lifetime Health Commitment supports you in rare cases of serious health issues (see our Health Guarantee page).

b. Shipping & Delivery

We ship puppies within the United States and to select international countries.

  • Shipping includes crate, health papers, and coordination with airlines

  • Delivery timing may vary due to flight schedules, weather, or airport logistics

  • Customers must be available to receive the puppy upon arrival

Optional: Shipping Protection ensures you’re covered for shipping costs in case of issues.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD

  • Full payment is due before delivery

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and select financing options

  • Payment must clear before the puppy is released for travel

4. Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

Our Money-Back Guarantee applies if:

  • The puppy has undisclosed serious health issues within the first 10 days

  • The puppy does not match the agreed-upon description (e.g., breed, gender)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of delivery, with vet documentation.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind

  • Allergies or unpreparedness

  • Delays caused by external factors (airlines, weather, customs)

5. Registration & Breeding Rights

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Puppies come with limited registration (pet only)

  • Breeding rights must be discussed and agreed upon before purchase

  • AKC or equivalent registration papers will be delivered after full payment and confirmation of receipt

6. Privacy Policy

Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Grab Ergun Pet Shop is not liable for:

  • Costs incurred post-purchase (vet care, food, supplies, etc.)

  • Any issues arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Decisions made by airlines, customs, or third-party carriers

All puppies are sold “as-is,” subject to the stated health guarantees.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim related to our services will be resolved through:

  • Informal negotiation first (email us at info@grabergun.com)

  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in the state.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
