While we do our best to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

In these cases, we rebook at no extra cost and keep you informed every step of the way.

If delays exceed 72 hours, you’ll have the option to reschedule, pick up directly, or receive a full refund under our Shipping Protection Plan (if purchased).
